Orders take 2 - 7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays). Don't worry, we'll give you a heads up if there are any unexpected delays, so you won't be left feeling like a sitting duck.
For Cash-On-Delivery Orders: We will text you on WhatsApp to confirm shipping your order with you, we won't ship your order without your confirmation.
For Card Payment Orders: We will ship your order right away without waiting for your confirmation.
Please note that the shipping courier only gives you 3 attempts to postpone the order shipment before they cancel the order.
In case of cancelation after confirming and shipping the order, you would have to cover the return shipping fees.
If for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your ducks, er, items, you have 14 days to return or exchange them. Just make sure they're in the same condition as you received them, with tags and in their original packaging and socks have not been worn. Oh, and sorry, but you'll have to cover the return shipping fees.
To start a return, just quack at us via email at mosaad@lazybut.net or WhatsApp us on +201113331259. We'll take care of the rest, so you don't have to swim upstream.
And finally, If your order is returned in its original condition, we'll refund it through Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
