Refund policy

In case of cancelation after shipping the order, you would have to cover the return shipping fees.

If for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your ducks, er, items, you have 14 days to return or exchange them. Just make sure they're in the same condition as you received them, with tags and in their original packaging and socks have not been worn. Oh, and sorry, but you'll have to cover the return shipping fees.

And finally, If your order is returned in its original condition, we'll refund it through Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
