Order takes 2 - 7 Days (excluding weekends and holidays) to waddle its way to your doorstep. Don't worry, we'll give you a heads up if there are any unexpected delays, so you won't be left feeling like a sitting duck.

Cancelation Policy:

For Cash-On-Delivery Orders:

We will text you on WhatsApp to confirm your order with you, and you can cancel your order only within 24 hours from confirmation, if we ship your order after that and you decide to cancel it or refuse to receive it, you'll have to cover the return shipping fees.

For Card Payment Orders: 

We will ship your order right away without confirming and if you cancel your order at any given point, you'll have to cover the return shipping fees.

Now, if for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your ducks, er, items, you have 14 days to return or exchange them. Just make sure they're in the same condition as you received them, with tags and in their original packaging. Oh, and sorry, but you'll have to cover the return shipping fees.

To start a return, just quack at us via email at mosaad@lazybut.net or give us a call at 01113331259 during working hours. We'll take care of the rest, so you don't have to swim upstream.

And finally, if your return gets the green light from our duck...I mean, inspection team, we'll refund your original payment method within 2 - 14 working days. But please be patient, because banks and credit card companies can be slow, like a duck on a hot day. Quack quack!
